Existi\u00f3 seg\u00fan nuestra opini\u00f3n  prejuzgamiento  en tanto el Magistrado entiende que con la prueba ofrecida no ser\u00e1 posible modificar la situaci\u00f3n procesal, expresando:\u00a0<strong><em> \u00ab&#8230; m\u00e1xime cuando las probanzas que se interesan son absolutamente impertinentes estando a la imputaci\u00f3n concreta que pesa sobre el defendido del oferente y ning\u00fan perjuicio ocasiona en esta etapa preparatoria&#8230;.\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>. ESTIMA EL JUEZ QUE LA SITUACION SOLO LA PODREMOS PLANTEAR Y MODIFICAR EN EL DEBATE \u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1 <strong>Y EN EL CASO LO QUE PRETENDEMOS PROBAR ES QUE LA LEGISLATURA ENTRERRIANA HA ENTENDIDO Y ENTIENDE QUE LA LEY DISCUTIDA NO SE ENCUENTRA VIGENTE EN ENTRE RIOS POR FALTA DE ADHESION.
